Moscato Rosa is a very special sweet wine that ranges from being an aperitif wine to a meditation wine. It is great served with chocolate cakes, fruit tarts and cocoa desserts
The grapes are vinified as a red wine, but with a short maceration to avoid the extraction of too astringent tannins. When the desired characteristics are achieved, fermentation is interrupted with the aid of the cold. The young wine then remains in steel barrels until bottling.
