The fourth color of wine: orange. Orange wine is nothing but white grapes vinified like red wine. This is an ancestral method which consists of fermenting the juice in contact with the skin of the grapes to extract the aromas and tannins. The result is a wine with a strong character, with exceptional aromatic expressiveness and quite astonishing power on the palate. The tannic structure of these wines allows them to accompany a whole meal.
